In 2012 I graduated from East-West College of Healing Arts as a Licensed Massage Therapist.

I opened Rhythm Bodyworksin 2013.  Prior to opening Rhythm Bodyworks, I spent time working with small groups, chiropractors and spas.  I decided to open my own business to gear towards more specific,  therapeutic work.

My typical style of working with a client is deep tissue, structural integration, stretching and myofascial release. Together, we will assess holding patterns that come from repetitive motion, injuries and other sources. The goal is to release ligaments, connective tissue and muscle to create a balanced and neutral skeletal frame. When the body is in balance, the muscles, skeletal frame and physiology of the body can function properly.   Chronic pain can be completely relieved through these techniques.

I believe through massage and self care you can achieve a balanced body, mind and spirit.
